Terms & Conditions

Lavender Home Care Givers

By using this website or engaging the services of Lavender Home Care Givers, you agree to the following terms.

 We provide professional in-home caregiving and nursing services, including personal care, companion services, care management, and specialized care. Services are delivered according to an agreed care plan and schedule. Outcomes are not guaranteed. 

 

Eligibility

Services are provided to adults or clients represented by a legal guardian or authorized family member.


Payments

All services are billed on an hourly basis. Payments must be made as agreed. Late or unpaid accounts may result in service suspension or termination.


Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged in full.


Refunds

Refunds and credits are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.


Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and maintain a safe, respectful environment. Services may be suspended if caregiver safety is at risk.


Emergencies

Lavender Home Care Givers is not an emergency service. In emergencies, contact local emergency 

services immediately.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for outcomes beyond our control or pre-existing conditions. Liability is limited to the value of services provided, to the extent permitted by law.


Website Use

Website content is the property of Lavender Home Care Givers and may not be copied or misused.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.


Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance.

Lavender Home Care Givers is committed to providing reliable, compassionate in-home care services. Please review our refund policy below.



Services Rendered

All services provided are non-returnable once completed, as they are time-based and delivered in person.



Cancellations


Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or service credit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be charged in full.

Service Not Provided

If a scheduled service was paid for but not delivered, a full refund will be issued.



Service Concerns

Any concerns about a service must be reported within 48 hours. After review, we may offer a partial refund, service credit, or replacement service, where appropriate.



Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not be issued for:


Services already rendered
Late cancellations
Concerns not reported within the stated timeframe
Services stopped due to unsafe or uncooperative conditions

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary.


Policy Updates

Lavender Home Care Givers reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
